What Your Day May Look Like

Manage physical access control system (PACS) alarms related to critical data or network infrastructure, life safety, or duress.Investigate alarms using CCTV and other investigative tools. Respond by sending security patrol or alerting emergency services, and/or escalating to next-level incident management teams.Conduct ongoing review of multiple systems and sources to detect potential risks.Conduct basic troubleshooting of physical access control system (PACS).Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Position Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.Associate degree or 2+ years of equivalent work experience in Military, Law Enforcement, Government, or Corporate Security.Bachelor degree preferred.Prior experience in a security operations center, TOC, or similar a plus!Comfortable in high-tech work environment, and constant learning of new tools and innovations. Strong customer service skills required.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout the shift.Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation measures.All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas’ pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
