What you'll do:\n\nLead and support our Alarm Technicians across minor works and contracts projects\nOversee job scheduling, resource coordination, and on-site supervision\nBuild trusted relationships with clients - updating them and ensuring top-service delivery\nBe hands-on when needed - from quoting and project oversight to attending to defects and callouts\nEnsure safety, compliance, and efficiency on all fronts\nCoach and develop junior technicians to grow their skills\n\n

What you'll bring:\n\nSolid experience in fire alarm systems (installation, commissioning, or service)\nStrong people skills - confident leading and mentoring others\nGreat time management and attention to detail\nA proactive, can-do attitude and commitment to health & safety\nA passion for delivering excellent service and building client trust\nNZ compliance and standards knowledge (preferred)\n\n
