Position: Airside Performance Manager
Contract Type: Permanent (Full Time)
Location: London Gatwick Airport
Shift Pattern: Rotational 4 on 4 off (including a combination of day and night shifts)

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

\n\nResponsible for the control and delivery of the day to day operational requirements of the Back of House operation\nLiaising directly with the customer\nManagement of departmental budgets\nDelivery of a high quality and efficient operation.\nResponsible for internal and external KPIs as well as maintaining safety standards and legal compliance\nProvide management information accurately and on time using the IT tools available.\nBe able to manage and develop the team taking direct responsibility for the performance of the managers reporting to you\n\n

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

\n\nPrevious Aviation experience preferably at Gatwick Airport – Desirable\nCurrently working at a Shift Manager Level or above\nStrong IT skills\nAbility to manage HR functions at site level\nStrong people management skills\nAbility to adapt your communication style\nAbility to manage teams through your direct reports providing timely and effective feedback\nFinancially astute\nFull manual driving license\n\n
