Join us. **Job Description** AECOM is seeking a **Airport Project Information Specialist/SPOC Support-Lead** to join our team. This position is based on-site, out of Mississauga. We are seeking professionals to join our team to help us build one of the most advanced, sustainable and passenger-friendly airports in the world. + Provides specialized project management expertise to coordinate organizational interfaces and align requirements across departments. + Collaborates closely with airport departments to minimize disruptions and maximize opportunities, ensuring departmental needs are effectively addressed. + Translates and synthesizes technical information—particularly concerning program milestones and core initiatives—into actionable insights for business units, while identifying key stakeholder engagement and communication opportunities. + Engages with internal and external stakeholders to secure necessary consultations, align on requirements, and obtain approvals. + Works in tandem with the broader program team to schedule and coordinate reviews, inspections, and approval processes. + Delivers regular updates and reports through the Delivery Cabinet and Interface Management Group, clearly communicating interface-related risks and opportunities. **Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements:** In order to be considered for this position, candidates must possess, at a very minimum: + University Degree and 6 years of relevant experience, including working on airport projects or similar relevant infrastructure projects. Demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education may be considered. **Preferred Requirements:** + Professional designation in a relevant field considered an asset. + Typically, a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in project / program management. + Minimum 5 years of professional experience in large international airport projects or equivalent infrastructure programs. + Demonstrated expertise in project management and / or applicable technical areas to deliver complex projects. + Demonstrated experience in managing teams to deliver complex projects and programs. Strong technical capability in all project phases, including design, planning, construction, operations, and maintenance preferably large program/projects. + technical capability must be pared with strong ability to analyse and synthesize technical information for specific stakeholder audiences, identifying stakeholder engagement and communications imperatives/opportunities. + Demonstrable experience in managing stakeholder relationships and providing reporting to enable effective decision making. **Additional Information** Demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education may be considered. **About AECOM** AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
