Boeing Commercial Airplanes is hiring for an Airplane Systems Design Engineering Manager to work at our North Charleston, SC location.

Primary Responsibilities:

Manages employees performing engineering and technical activities in the areas of Electronic and Electrical Engineering. Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals. Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. Manages, develops and motivates employees.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement5+ years of experience in the Aerospace industry

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

5+ years of experience leading teams in a formal or informal leadership role5+ years of working with aircraft systems5+ years of supporting commercial aircraft production systems

Pay Range Summary:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  

K Level Manager: $137,700 - $186,300
