What would your day to day be like? - Management of air cargo shipments from start to finish, meeting customer needs and company policies. - Coordination with airlines, handling agents, suppliers, carriers, and offices in the rest of the world. - Coordination with other departments: customs, commercial and pricing. - Negotiation of rates and spaces with airlines, carriers and suppliers in general. - Tracking shipments, keeping systems correctly updated. - Shipping billing management and control, including cost forecasting and control. - You will work as a team with your colleagues at your center to achieve the company's objectives. - In summary; you are proactive and organized! (Valuable training in Foreign Trade). - Previous experience in the sector (air – freight forwarding) is essential. - Experience in Cargowise C1 will be valued. - Capacity for teamwork. - Attention to detail, proactivity and autonomy. - Ability to work under pressure by establishing priorities. - Problem solving and ability to work autonomously. - Sense of responsibility and integrity. - Medium level of the English language is essential. - Computer knowledge at user level - Communication skills. - Availability to work from: 09:00 – 17:30.
