Medical , Dental and Vision coverage .Employee life insuranceShort & Long-Term DisabilityVoluntary Term Life, AD&D, & Critical Illness insurance401(k) plan with Segula matching up PTO daysJob DescriptionAdhere to General Work Requirements in coordination with Quality leadership as required.Conduct weighing procedures following manufacturers’ recommended practices and procedures.Upon aircraft arrival, obtain associated documentation, complete aircraft records, and document receipt.Coordinate inspection activities in compliance with computerized tracking maintenance programs (e.g., CAMPS, AVTRAC).Perform inspections of aircraft, engines, parts, and components using precision tools, equipment, and other materials in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.Upon receipt, inspect all new, repaired, and rebuilt parts/components for physical damage, count, and conformity.Ensure all work packages (orders and forms), as well as records of arrival, maintenance, and corrective actions performed, are accurately documented, and that all specialized customer (RED, RFE & SRPSA) and regulatory paperwork (FAA, FAR/CAA, etc.) is complete with required approvals obtained.Research aircraft drawings and technical data (e.g., REO, ENICO, EO, DCN).Perform walk-around inspections of aircraft for release from maintenance.Conduct return-to-service process and ensure assigned aircraft meets all airworthiness requirements prior to release.Provide data to customers as requested.QualificationsYou have an Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification You have a minimum 3 years' aircraft maintenance experience or substantiated equivalent experienceYou have a minimum of 5 years' of corporate / commercial jet experienceYou own a basic set of hand tools with the ability to demonstrate Inventory & control of toolsYou have the ability to use a variety of measuring and basic hand tools to interpret/operate test equipmentYou have the ability to interpret/ process all relative (foreign & domestic) regulatory documents, actions and requirementsYou have working knowledge of (FAA Regs, CAA. RSM/QCM, ADs, SBs, TCDS, etc.)You have working knowledge of return-to-service proceduresYou have the ability to train, coach and mentor employees in performance of their duties in areas of qualificationAdditional InformationHere’s a quick overview of the next steps:
