Job Description

    Adhere to general work requirements

Inspect engines and/or APUs, components and associated aircraft systems and components in accordance with appropriate maintenance manuals with minimal supervisionAssist with installation, removal or modifications and repairs of turbine engines, APUs and airframe systems or components Perform and document work performed per appropriate manuals and regulations as requiredAssist with engine/APUs and related systems operational checks and functional testsAssist with performing complete engine runs Assist with off-aircraft component repairAbility to effectively communicate in English in both written and verbal formPerform and document work performed per appropriate manuals and regulations as requiredOperate ground support equipmentAbility to operate industrial vehicles and equipment (scissor/boom lift, forklift, etc.)Comply with environmental, health and safety policies and procedures.  Participatein5-S activities.Perform work in a safe and timely mannerBasic PC skills

QualificationsYou must have FAA Powerplant LicenseAircraft Mechanic experience, engine experienceOwn and maintain hand tools with the ability to demonstrate inventory and control of tools
