Job Description:
The Air Medical Charter Service Coordinator works with insurance companies, hospital case managers, Flight and Ambulance leadership, Chief Pilot, medical crews, and Communication Center personnel to facilitate long range medical transports and Donor Transports.

Three years of experience in aviation, dispatch, operational control, or charter or team leadership.Experience with and general working knowledge of basic computer programs.Excellent communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written.Preferred Qualifications
Customer service experience in the private aircraft charter businessWorking knowledge of medical billing processesPhysical Requirements:
Ongoing need for employee to see and read information, labels, documents, monitors, identify equipment and supplies, and be able to assess customer needs.Frequent interactions with providers, colleagues, customers, patients/clients and visitors that require employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information, needs, and issues quickly and accurately.Manual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate complex and delicate supplies and equipment with precision and accuracy. This includes frequent computer use for typing, accessing needed information, etc.Ability to sit for extended periods while monitoring flight operations and communicating with crewsCapability to work in a high-stress environment and make critical decisions in real-timeMust be able to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds, such as moving records or training materials.Location:
