Job Description

Ensure timely and accurate movement of freight and information, while providing exceptional customer service.

Manage air import shipments from pickup to arrival and update the customer timely.Coordinate with airlines, Origin offices, customs brokers, and internal departments.Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their shipments are handled efficiently and professionally.Prepare and verify shipping documents and ensure compliance with regulations.Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely updates on shipment status.Monitor and report shipment milestones and proactively address delays or exceptions.

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in air import customer service and operations, preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.Global logistics industry knowledgeGood computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word...)Team player with strong organizational and time management skillsCustomer-focused with a proactive and problem-solving attitudeAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesFluent in English
