About the Role
Our global AIOps team (AI Operations) is growing quickly and we are in need of an AIOps Support Engineer to join us at our Morrisville, NC site. This position is hybrid, onsite 3 days per week and you will be responsible for supporting the deployment, configuration, daily operation and ongoing optimization of our AIOps platform.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the deployment, configuration, daily operation, and optimization of Lenovo's AIOps platform in overseas environments Ensure system stability and high availability Support incident handling in a timely manner Provide User Service Support day-to-day for overseas users including access management, feature consultation, and issue resolution Work on global cross-functional teams across IT, Operations, Information Security to ensure compliance, alignment, transformation and change management compliance Support HQ team to support the rollout, integration and promotion of AIOps Support compliance with change management processes including version upgrades, feature releases, and environment changes Identify and implement identify performance and user experience improvements
Basic Qualifications
1-2 years of Experience with AI Ops or global CloudOps Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related field is required
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to AWP automation or Hubble monitoring products Experience with intelligent workflows: diagnostics, remediation, and infrastructure optimization Experience with tools and frameworks such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ServiceNow, or Runbook Automation platforms Strong communication skills both verbal and written Experience with BI tools a plus Advanced degree a plus
The base salary budgeted range for this position is $65-75k. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. This is a hybrid position 3 days per week at our Morrisville location.
