We are looking for technical leads and managers who have: * Strong technical background and hand-on experiences in machine learning, computer vision and foundation models * 5+ years of experience in managing big teams of ML engineers, successfully driving team’s mission, execution and growth * 5+ years of experience in driving complex projects and shipping products * Strong communication skills and collaborating with x-functional teams In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to propose your own research plan to advance multimodal foundation models and vision technologies. You’ll provide technical mentorship and guidance to the team and drive execution. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $212,000 and $386,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
