AIM Clinical Coordinator RN
**Overview** We are seeking a skilled and compassionate **Registered Nurse (RN)** to join our team as an **AIM Clinical Coordinator** . This position plays a vital role in supporting the **Advanced Illness Management (AIM)** **Palliative Care** program. You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day clinical operations, scheduling, and care coordination, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
