職務目的（Job Purpose）
自動車保険における保険料算出等のアクチュアリー業務を遂行する。自動車保険における各種分析に保険数理の技法を適用し、自動車保険の売上・利益の拡大と目標達成に貢献する。他メンバーと協働し、自動車数理課のアクチュアリー業務の技能・知識を向上する。職責（Job Responsibilities）
1.保険料算出業務
・自動車保険の保険料率決定のための各種分析・試算を行い、その結果を説明する。
2. 分析業務
・定期的な分析を実施し、商品設計／料率検証プロセスに継続的に関与する。
・目的に応じた個別詳細分析を実施し、それらの分析結果を関連部署に提供（詳細説明を含む）することで、商品設計、引受ルール策定、各種施策のプロセスをサポートする。
・ビジネス分析チームや引受チームと協働して、集積／災害リスクを含む保険リスクの要素をモニタリングし、ポートフォリオ管理をサポートする。
３.認可関連業務
・認可申請チームと密接に協働し、保険数理に関する認可申請書類（算出方法書および保険料算出の根拠等）の作成および金融庁との認可折衝を遂行する。
4.財務業務
・商品チームと密接に協働し、自動車保険の収益性および成長目標の計画策定をサポートし、その計画の進捗をモニタリングする。
・会計処理（IBNR見積手法を含む）の変更の有無およびその影響を確認する。
5. スキル向上
・常に新しい技術・最新の知識の取得を図り、自らおよびチームメンバーの技能向上を目指す。
・自動車保険以外のアクチュアリーの行動を把握し、自動車数理業務に利用する。
・自己啓発（アクチュアリー資格取得等）に対して真摯に取組み、かつ結果を残す。

1. Sr Actuarial Analyst
日本アクチュアリー会の準会員以上2. Actuarial Analyst
日本アクチュアリー会の資格試験で複数科目に合格していること【スキル】
分析および計量化スキル（各種分析用ソフトウェアを利用した経験があること）【性格/気質】
データ・数字を見みることと、プログラムを書くことが好きなこと自律して課題を設定し、ソリューションを提供出来ること積極的にタスクを引き受けるなど、自発性が高いこと与えられた仕事を自らが主体となって完遂するなど、責任感が強いこと他のメンバーとの協調性に富むこと先進的かつ実践的なアプローチを進んで取り入れる柔軟性があること向上心が強く、アクチュアリー資格取得などにおいて自己啓発の強い意志があること英語に抵抗がないこと業務経験
