職務目的（Job Purpose）

プロダクションアンダーライターとして、担当地区における個人火災保険商品（ホームプロテクト総合保険、リビングパートナー保険）の推進、および引受業務を通じ、収益性の最大化を図りながら、個人火災保険の予算達成に責任を持つ

職責（Job Responsibilities）

担当地区の個人火災保険商品の予算達成に責任を持つ担当地区の地域事業本部と連携し、マーケット・チャネルの状況に応じた個人火災保険商品の販売促進計画を企画・立案し、実行する担当地区の営業社員・担当チャネル向けの個人火災保険商品の販売トレーニング（資料作成を含む）を行うマーケット情報の収集を行う担当地区の保険引受業務について、適宜、アンダーライターと連携し、収益性に責任を持つ

　 業務経験

5年以上の損害保険業界での経験ディストリビューション部門、損害サービス部門、商品部門での業務経験が望ましい火災保険の経験があれば尚可
