センターの目標達成に向けて、センター長や担当者に積極的に提言や働きかけを行い、自身も率先して行動する。代理店センター所属代理店の指導、育成、管理自身、チームおよび代理店センターの業績目標の実行、管理

職責(Job Responsibilities)

自身の担当代理店およびチームの営業担当者の代理店について、代理店との関係性強化および業績の向上を図る営業推進施策、業務効率化施策、品質向上施策の立案および実行電話、郵送、FAX、メール、WEB会議システムおよび、必要に応じて訪問を活用した代理店指導・管理業務(事務処理指導、申込書回収・配布等)の実行コンプライアンスおよび苦情対応満期管理・営業成績管理業務の実行担当者のメンターとなり、現場の課題や提案を吸い上げるとともに、上位者への提案を行う
