職務目的（Job Purpose）

国際保険ブローカーや多国籍企業等を担当し、各種の損害保険商品を推進することに加えて、海外AIGを含めたグローバルベースの関係を構築し、顧客利益と当社収益を最大化していくことが部門の目的です。お客様に誠実に向き合いながらAIGとして最善のソリューションを提案し、顧客満足度を高めることを通じて共に成長していくことが、営業担当者に期待される重要な役割です。

職責（Job Responsibilities）

国際保険ブローカーや多国籍企業等にAIGがグローバルで有する様々な付加価値を説明し、それらを活かした最適なソリューションを提案する。社内外の関係者との良好なコミュニケーションを通じて、収益を伴う成長に向けた各種施策を検討し、実行する。所属するチームのサブリーダー的な役割として、チーム内での情報の共有、各種施策の実行計画の立案、人材育成にも参画予定。
