Job Description

Do you have hands-on experience with AIDA servo press machines?
We are looking for a skilled AIDA Expert to support our high-performance stamping operations in Kragujevac!

Your Role: AIDA Press Specialist

As an AIDA Expert, you will play a critical role in ensuring our stamping lines run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. You will be responsible for setup, operation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of AIDA servo press machines.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate AIDA servo presses for stamping production

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on AIDA equipment

Troubleshoot mechanical and control system issues

Optimize machine performance and ensure production targets are met

Train machine operators on correct usage and safety protocols

Work closely with engineering and maintenance teams to implement improvements

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards

Qualifications

Proven experience working with AIDA servo presses (setup, programming, troubleshooting)

Strong knowledge of press operation, automation systems, and safety practices

Hands-on experience in stamping or metal forming environments

Ability to read technical drawings and machine documentation

Good communication and team collaboration skills
