As an Analyst in the Transformation Office, you are a critical member of the team, providing the analytical horsepower that underpins our strategic recommendations. You are a highly analytical and structured thinker with a passion for using data to solve complex business problems. Your primary mission is to turn ambiguity into structured insights. You will be responsible for gathering data, building analytical models, and developing the foundational analysis that the team uses to shape its strategy and advise senior leaders. Working on high-impact projects, you will apply a consulting toolkit to help reimagine the future of our Operations. Job Responsibilities:
Apply structured problem-solving to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, supporting the team’s strategic prioritiesDevelop clear, well-structured presentation materials and analytical models that communicate the findings of your analysis to program leads and stakeholdersSupport stakeholder interviews and workshops by preparing materials, capturing key notes, and working with business partners to execute follow-up requestsDevelop an understanding of emerging technologies (e.g., AI/LLM, ML) to help identify innovative solutions for the businessSupport multiple project workstreams, helping to track progress, manage deadlines, and proactively escalate issues as neededEstablish strong working relationships with colleagues and internal stakeholders across Operations, Technology, and the business to facilitate information gathering and analysisPrepare for and participate actively in meetings, providing analytical support and ensuring key decisions and actions are captured
Required Qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
3+ years of experience with a premier strategy consulting firm, an internal corporate strategy team, or in a strategy role at a leading technology companyDemonstrated experience with a consulting toolkit, including a broad range of analytical tools and hypothesis-driven problem-solving approachesExceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to build models and work with complex data to drive insightsStrong client management and executive-level communication skills, both written and oralA track record of high personal initiative, achieving challenging goals, and a focus on delivering resultsBachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Finance, Math, or Engineering is requiredPreferred Qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
An MBA or an advanced business degree from a top-tier program is a plus.
