What You Will Do:

Lead and contribute to the design and development of user-centric digital experiences across AI and data platformsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure intuitive and accessible interfacesDesign and prototype user interfaces for AI and data applications with low-fidelity and high-fidelity designsConduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisionsCollaborate with developers and product managers to implement designsMaintain design systems and ensure consistency across teams/platforms 

What You Will Need: 

Minimum of FIVE (5) years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolioMinimum Degree: Bachelor's DegreeProficiency in design tools such as Figma, Invision or Adobe XDExperience with responsive and accessible design principlesStrong communication and collaboration skillsUnderstanding of front-end development technologies

What Would Be Nice to Have: 

Experience designing for AI or data-driven applicationsBackground in human-computer interaction or related fieldFamiliarity with Agile development environmentsFamiliarity with consulting environments 

The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
