AI Technology Product Manager

What can you expect:

The Career AI Tech Product Manager will be responsible for leading a portfolio of AI projects for the Career business globally. The ideal candidate will have experience in workforce and career management solutions, working closely with senior business users, stakeholders, and technology teams to ensure the successful delivery of AI solutions. The ideal candidate will also have significant experience leading products with significant data analytics sophistication and / or business facing apps. Finally, they also will have had significant experience working in highly matrixed organizations.

We will rely on you to:

Utilize business domain experience to understand and address the unique needs of Mercer's Career Business.Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide innovative AI and data science-based solutions to support the Career business in their transformation journey.Apply Technical Product Management skills to manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.Work with both vendor and in-house built technology solutions.Leverage experience in the support needs of a complex global client facing business to address operational challenges and optimize processes and design  support models.Adapt to both Agile and traditional project management models, utilizing relevant tools and practices to ensure project success.

What you need to have:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration) is required. Advanced degree preferred.Proven track record in Senior Product Management roles, demonstrating strong business analysis, project management, technical and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience in overseeing projects involving both vendor and in-house built technology solutions delivering innovative AI and data science-based solutionsStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders at various levels of the organization, including senior management.Ability to work independently and drive execution across a globally distributed team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, to provide updates and gather feedback.

What makes you stand out:

Proficiency in both Agile and traditional project management models, with a solid understanding of relevant tools and practices. Certifications in project / product or agile management disciplines are a strong plus.Experience in the workforce and career management industry.
