The job  

We are looking for a forward-thinking AI Technologist to join our AI Investigation and Incubation team. This role involves researching, prototyping, and evaluating emerging AI technologies to drive innovation. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation and a passion for exploring new frontiers in AI. 

 

Key responsibilities 

Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and methodologies. Prototype AI solutions and assess their feasibility for industrial applications. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to explore new AI applications. Stay current with AI research and industry trends to inform long-term AI roadmaps. Document technical findings and present recommendations to stakeholders. Support the integration of AI technologies into pilot projects and proof-of-concepts. Investigate and recommend AI implementation and architectural approaches for industrial AI solutions 

Essential requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in AI research, development, or technology scouting. Expertise in Python and experience with ML frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace) Deep understanding of AI/ML deployment architectures and strategies. Up-to-date understanding of modern AI technologies including foundation models, agents, model context protocol, etc Experience leading technical investigations or cross-functional initiatives. Hands-on experience with AI model development, evaluation, and deployment. Ability to envision the future of AI and its impact on industrial sectors.
