The Technical Research Associate is a non-traditional role in which you will work on our AI data collection team. You have a background in QA or data analysis and are comfortable learning new software skills on the job. You will be focused on training AI to interact with humans in entirely new ways.

This role takes place in our Katowice studio and is a Mandate-type contract. With the growth of AI, there will be opportunities for career advancement!

What You'll Achieve (Responsibilities): 

Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Execute different Use Cases collecting Data in support of AI engine Conduct Data Analysis on how the AI performs comparatively to User data Provide feedback on how to improve the AI Create and Execute Prompts Learn new software programs on the job Providing supporting documentation when the AI fails
