We’re looking for a technically strong Team Lead with 5+ years of hands-on experience in engineering and software development. In this role, you’ll lead a team of AI engineers and work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, production-grade AI solutions.

On client assignment with one of the world’s top capital markets and investment groups, you’ll drive projects such as: Enhancing ResearchGPT, building AI agents for complex reasoning and automation, digitalising client onboarding, and more.

Responsibilities:

Represent the Technology department, collaborate with business stakeholders, and assess business needs to develop tailored AI solutions that improve efficiency and productivity Conduct workshops to educate business users on AI technologies and tools Manage and mentor a team of junior engineers; resolve challenges and lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of AI-driven projects Ensure high standards of engineering quality through code reviews and best practices; analyse large datasets to derive actionable insights that support decision-making Build and maintain robust, scalable infrastructure to support model training and post-delivery enhancements Stay up to date with the latest developments in Artificial Intelligence and apply relevant innovations to provide expert advice to management
