This position requires deep expertise in SAP solutions with a strong focus on AI and data analytics capabilities. You will be instrumental in enabling teams to leverage SAP's AI tools and solutions while establishing best practices and driving adoption across the organization. A successful candidate combines strong SAP knowledge with an understanding of AI/ML concepts and the ability to translate complex technical solutions into business value.

Your mission will be… 
Drive AI innovation within the ecosystem and understand technology diffusion and adoption curves specific to AI implementation.Understand both business priorities and organizational priorities from multiple perspectivesMatch current and future technology capabilities with Siemens strategy, IT strategy, and Department strategy.Understand and implement organizational priorities across Siemens, IT, and department levels while navigating transformation initiatives.Deliver results with strong execution capabilities beyond just strategy development.Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to different audiences (cybersecurity professionals, business stakeholders, IT leadership).

We are looking for someone with…University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, or related fieldStrong expertise in SAP solutions and modules, with hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANAUnderstanding of data analytics and AI/ML concepts and their practical applications in business contexts with focus on value creationExperience in enabling and training teams on new technologies and solutionsStrong project management and organizational skillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to various audiencesBusiness-fluent in English language (speaking and writing)Self-driven with the ability to work independently and take initiativeStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsYou are a proactive team player with the ability to build and lead future team initiatives
