We're looking for Senior Director, AI Solutions who can confidently engage with stakeholders, guide solution design, and ensure the successful delivery of AI training initiatives. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to scope and implement scalable solutions that support our customers' evolving data requirements—always grounded in what’s realistic and achievable. This role requires someone who is technically skilled, commercially aware, and comfortable owning conversations that bridge vision with execution. You’ll play a key part in shaping the solutions that fuel AI development across a range of industries. **What You Will Do** + Lead the development and delivery of tailored AI training data solutions that align with customer goals and technical requirements. + Provide technical guidance during the sales process, setting expectations on feasibility, timelines, and delivery capabilities. + Translate business needs into detailed technical plans, including how data is collected, transformed, and delivered. + Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Technology teams to scope and implement end-to-end solutions. + Identify opportunities for platform enhancements and potential technology partnerships that strengthen our offerings. + Troubleshoot and resolve challenges during implementation and ensure projects stay on track. + Stay informed on emerging trends in AI/ML, data engineering, and data collection strategies to keep our solutions competitive. + Contribute to ongoing process improvement and scalability of our AI delivery capabilities. **To Be Successful You Will Have** + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related discipline; Master’s degree preferred. + 5+ years of experience designing, architecting, and implementing AI/data solutions in technically complex environments. + Deep understanding of data pipelines, annotation workflows, and scalable delivery models. + Demonstrated ability to navigate customer needs and design solutions that balance vision with feasibility. + Experience working with multilingual datasets or within localization workflows is a strong plus. + Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to varied audiences. + Strong organizational and project management abilities, capable of balancing multiple priorities. + A strategic mindset, with a willingness to push back when needed and propose practical alternatives.
