By taking this role, the Senior Gen AI/AI Solution Architect will join this team right at its inception. S/he will be responsible for : **Key Responsibilities:** ● Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build best-in-class AI-enabled features for our products; ● Security and Responsible AI: Collaborate with security professionals to manage potential risks and implement AI technologies, applications, and infrastructure in keeping with ethical policies; ● Platform Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable infrastructure and systems to enable AI products implementation, while ensuring they are compatible with other services, and APIs; ● Innovation: Actively participate in solutioning sessions, proposing innovative approaches to complex challenges; ● Leadership: Collaborate in pilot stages and lead full-scale implementation, ensuring scalability and effectiveness; ● Stay Current: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in AI, machine learning, and cloud services. **Education and experience:** ● Specific Knowledge/Experience **:** ○ Good experience as a Solution Architect; ○ Proven track record of real implementation of Gen AI/AI/ML infrastructure, application deployment, and operations; ○ Expertise with Azure (mandatory), valuable GCP or AWS; ○ Expertise in programming languages (Python, Java, Scala, C#), distributed architectures, standard methodologies and principles; ○ Strong understanding of AI Systems, in concepts as AI flow, evaluation, training, scoring, prompting, guardrails and RAG ○ Knowledge in security and microservices (valuable graphQL); ○ Knowledge in DevOp as Jenkins pipelines, docker and some experience deploying models (MLOps, LLMOps, AIOps); ○ Experience in Agile development methodologies, particularly SCRUM; ● Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello); ● Strong organizational & time management skills; ● Fluent in English; ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ● Creativity, curiosity and a passion for innovation and technology. **Skills and behavioral competencies:** ● Provide “Think 10X” on the roadmap to understand where Syensqo can leapfrog existing mindset/processes to unlock value and de-risk our strategy; ● Act with a hunters mindset; ● Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and stakeholders; ● Strong at building relationships, setting collective accountability and resolving conflicts at a quick pace. **Additional information:** Location: Europe Remote work: yes **About us:** + Syensqo is a science company developing groundbreaking solutions that enhance the way we live, work, travel and play.
