Position Description
• Contribute to all stages of software development lifecycle.
• Write well designed java-based, efficient, and testable code.
• Refines client requirements into equivalent technical changes.
• Prepare and produce releases to client.
• Manage existing code and upgrade when required.
• Identify and resolve any technical issues arising.
• Create/Update design documents.
• Develop and maintain full stack applications using modern frontend and backend technologies (e.g., React.js, Angular, Node.js, Python, Java, etc.).
• Proficiency in Java, with a good understanding of its ecosystems
• Sound knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Patterns and Concepts.
• Familiarity with different design and architectural patterns.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts and libraries such as:
• Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, OpenAI API, TensorFlow/PyTorch basics)
• Model inferencing, prompt engineering, or fine-tuning experience is a plus.
• Skill for writing reusable Java libraries.
• Knowhow of Java concurrency patterns
• Relevant Knowledge of frontend technology like Angular/React
• Good understanding of MS SQL, JDBC connections etc.
• Good understanding of Azure Service Bus mechanisms.
• Good delegation and time management skills.
• Be able to work under pressure and be able to set correct priorities in a complex and dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Be able to advise, cooperate and communicate on different levels within an organization
