In this role you will Design and implement AI/ML solutions tailored for cybersecurity applications, collaborating with use case teams and technology partners to assess impacts on current and future use cases. Apply responsible AI principles to ensure the safe and purposeful utilization of advanced AI/ML tools while effectively managing associated risks. Participate in the complete technology lifecycle, including ideation, discovery, innovation, development of Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), production releases, and decommissioning. Provide support across roles such as Tech Product Delivery Manager/Director, AI/ML Security, and Data SMEs, while engaging with lead users, user communities, and business process owners. Contribute to the development of AI-driven analytics platforms to empower security teams with actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and prioritization of tasks. This includes identifying malware through code analysis, behavior analysis, and anomaly detection, as well as analyzing network traffic patterns to uncover suspicious activities. Leverage AI to identify and prioritize security patches, assess vulnerability risks, and evaluate their potential impact on the organization. Maintain the Cybersecurity Office AI/ML Risk Register in collaboration with Global Support Functions and the AI/ML Working Group. Pursue ongoing training to stay informed about the latest AI/ML advancements and cybersecurity trends. Document AI/ML processes and methodologies clearly to ensure knowledge transfer and future usability by team members. Participate in cross-functional projects to support the integration of AI/ML within broader security strategies. Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats and AI/ML innovations, contributing to the team’s research and development efforts. Assist in proof-of-concept initiatives to demonstrate the potential impact and effectiveness of AI/ML solutions in enhancing cybersecurity measures. Why you? Qualifications & Skills: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related technology disciplines, with a focus on cybersecurity preferred Experience in cybersecurity, including business engagement and team leadership Proven track record in the development and execution of Cyber Risk functions Strong relationship-building, influencing, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications & Skills: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Demonstrated understanding and implementation of foundational security concepts. Possession of industry-recognized cybersecurity certifications or a willingness to pursue them. Proven expertise in cybersecurity principles, IT security controls, and related technologies with a focus on AI/ML. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse professionals.
