This strategic role drives high-impact projects, develops reusable AI systems, and evaluates build-vs-buy decisions to optimize resources. The ideal candidate bridges technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners, advancing our AI capabilities for operational resilience, cost efficiency, and innovation in areas such as conversational AI and data-driven decision-making. Strong leadership in a fast-paced environment and a focus on scalable, cost-effective AI solutions are essential. **Duties & Responsibilities** + Lead and oversee enterprise AI programs from planning to deployment, collaborating with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and business leaders to meet business goals and deadlines. + Evaluate AI solution ideas, making build-vs-buy decisions based on ROI, feasibility, and strategic alignment. + Manage program roadmaps, budgets, and timelines; track progress using performance metrics; identify and mitigate risks; ensure compliance with data privacy and ethical AI standards. + Identify opportunities to design and implement modular, reusable AI frameworks (e.g., conversational AI platforms for kiosks, mobile, and web) supporting organization-wide integration and scalability. + Act as primary liaison among AI teams, executives, and business units; facilitate updates, workshops, and feedback; build vendor and partner relationships as needed. + Stay current on AI trends and best practices; drive improvements to increase program efficiency. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree (e.g., in AI, Data Science, or MBA) preferred. + 5+ years in program or project management. Proven track record of leading complex, enterprise-scale programs from ideation to deployment. **Competencies** + Expertise in program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project). + Analytical mindset for evaluating build-vs-buy decisions, with experience in ROI analysis and resource optimization. + Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. + Leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams and drive results in ambiguous environments. + Strong understanding of AI technologies and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). **Work Environment & Physical Requirements** Performs sedentary work in an office environment with limited lifting (less than 10 pounds) or walking required.
