AI Program Manager
AI Program Manager We are seeking an experienced AI Program Manager to lead the development, governance, and adoption of enterprise-wide AI initiatives. This role will work cross-functionally to scale high-impact AI/ML use cases, drive responsible AI governance, and ensure measurable business outcomes aligned with corporate strategy. Use Case Management & Development + Partner with business units (HR, Sales, Support, Finance, Engineering, etc.) to identify and develop scalable, high-ROI AI/ML use cases. + Evaluate and prioritize initiatives based on feasibility, strategic alignment, and business value. AI Governance + Define and implement a robust AI governance framework covering intake, risk review, compliance, data integrity, and model performance monitoring. + Collaborate with Legal, Security, and Compliance to ensure AI practices adhere to ethical standards and regulatory requirements. + Promote responsible AI principles across all phases of development and deployment. Program Management & Roadmap Execution + Develop and manage the AI enablement roadmap in alignment with business goals and corporate strategy. + Lead cross-functional working groups to ensure on-time delivery, manage interdependencies, and allocate resources effectively. + Track progress, identify risks, and provide regular updates to executive stakeholders. Adoption & Change Management + Drive AI adoption by partnering with IT, business leaders, and enablement teams to integrate AI tools into core processes. + Build frameworks to measure adoption, enable user training, and embed change management best practices. Analytics & Reporting + Define success metrics for AI initiatives (e.g., adoption rates, cost reduction, productivity gains). + Deliver quarterly executive dashboards highlighting outcomes, risk posture, and AI pipeline progress. Qualifications + 8+ years of experience in program management, product management, or technology strategy roles, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML or data initiatives. + Proven experience driving enterprise-scale transformation initiatives across multiple functions. + Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, governance principles, and responsible AI frameworks. + Familiarity with data privacy, security, and compliance in AI environments (e.g., GDPR, SOC2, etc.). + Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills; ability to influence without authority. + Experience working with executive leadership and presenting to senior stakeholders. + Strong analytical mindset with experience in metrics-driven reporting and dashboard development. + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred). The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $147,200 to $294,000 [year]; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position,” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors. Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration.
