We are hiring AI Portfolio Manager to drive the planning and execution of Lenovo’s AI product portfolio, including foundation models, intelligent agents, and AI-powered experiences across devices. This role will operate at the intersection of AI strategy, market insight, and business unit collaboration to shape and manage a coherent, forward-looking AI product roadmap.
Job Responsibilities:
Define and evolve Lenovo’s AI product portfolio strategy in alignment with the company’s overall AI vision, with deep understanding of market trends, emerging technologies (e.g. LLMs, Agents, Tools), and evolving customer needs.
Work closely with product teams across segments and BUs to gather, evaluate, and prioritize AI-related product requirements.
Build and maintain a unified portfolio view across AI features, platforms, and experiences.
Support leadership in making investment decisions, identifying portfolio gaps, and ensuring product-market fit.
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and go-to-market teams to drive portfolio execution and alignment.
Job Requirements:
5–8 years of experience in product management, strategy, or portfolio planning, preferably in AI or software platforms.
Strong understanding of LLMs, intelligent agents, and the AI product landscape.
Proven ability to synthesize market, customer, and technical inputs into strategic product plans.
Experience working with multiple business units in a matrixed organization.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
