The GenAI team leads innovation in generative AI, developing and deploying large language models (LLMs) and advanced AI technologies for business impact. **Descriptif du poste** We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and scale our generative AI solutions. In this role, you will lead initiatives around large language models, image and multimodal generation, and the deployment of these technologies in production using Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will set technical standards for GenAI, mentor the team, and ensure best practices in software engineering, collaboration, and code quality. **Responsibilités** + Architect, develop, and deploy GenAI solutions, including LLMs (chatbots, content generation, RAG systems) and image generation (text-to-image, diffusion models, etc.). + Lead model selection, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering for LLMs and image generation models. + Implement scalable, production-grade solutions on GCP, using services like Vertex AI, BigQuery, and GenAI APIs. + Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines tailored to GenAI applications, ensuring smooth deployment and monitoring of models in production. + Enforce best practices for code quality, modularity, testing, and documentation in a GenAI context. + Champion strong Git practices, including branching strategies, code reviews, pull requests, and issue tracking to ensure smooth team collaboration. + Mentor junior team members, foster a collaborative team environment, and lead knowledge sharing within the engineering team. + Stay up to date with the latest advances in GenAI, LLMs, multimodal AI, and cloud-native AI deployment. **Qualifications** + Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD is a plus). + 2-5 years’ experience in ML/AI development with a strong track record of delivering GenAI projects. + Deep expertise in Python and experience with LLMs (OpenAI, HuggingFace, Gemini, Claude, etc.), prompt engineering, and text/image generation models (Stable Diffusion, DALL-E, Midjourney, etc.). + Solid experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and deploying GenAI workloads at scale (Vertex AI, custom endpoints, etc.). + Strong expertise in Git (branching, merging, code review, pull request management) and collaborative engineering workflows. + Proven experience with software engineering best practices: code reviews, CI/CD, containerization, monitoring, and testing for GenAI systems. + Strong understanding of ethical considerations, prompt safety, and bias mitigation in generative models. + Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills; experience working as part of a multidisciplinary engineering team. **Informations complémentaires** Rejoindre Publicis Groupe, c’est : + Pouvoir télétravailler jusqu'à 2 jours par semaine + La possibilité de travailler dans le monde entier jusqu’à 6 semaines continues chaque année à partir d’un an d’ancienneté (Programme Talents Work Your World) + Se former tout au long de son parcours professionnel grâce aux 30.000 modules accessibles en e-learning et comprenant des certifications en partenariat avec LinkedIn Learning sur la plateforme propriétaire Marcel **_Viva La Différence !_** Cette philosophie de Publicis Groupe témoigne depuis toujours de notre engagement pour la diversité et de la conviction que nos talents sont notre plus grande richesse et notre meilleur atout.
