As an Agentic AI Solutions Engineer, you'll play a central role in designing and scaling intelligent agents that empower enterprises and unlock measurable value. Your focus will span research, prototyping, and deployment—bringing intelligent automation to life across diverse industries. You’ll work closely with research and product teams to maintain a robust portfolio of Agentic AI Agents, develop showcase-worthy demos, and push the boundaries of what's possible in AI.
What You’ll Be Doing
Designing, developing, and deploying Agentic AI-powered solutions tailored to client challengesDeveloping and fine-tuning AI models, including LLMs like GPT-4 and open-source alternativesEngineering optimized prompts for accuracy, consistency, and reliabilityPrototyping advanced AI applications with Python and relevant frameworksIntegrating AI tools securely with enterprise systems via API developmentBuilding and maintaining data pipelines for reliable model inputsManaging structured and unstructured data using vector databases and semantic searchScaling AI solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP for performance and cost-efficiencyImplementing DevOps/MLOps practices for seamless deployment and model lifecycle managementEnsuring regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPAA) and applying security best practicesMitigating ethical risks and addressing potential AI biasesCollaborating across teams to drive intelligent automation and business impactDocumenting architectures, procedures, and project plans for transparencyContributing to internal AI frameworks and sharing best practicesExploring emerging trends to keep our solutions on the forefront of innovationLeveraging Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Semantic Kernel for agentic excellence
What You’ll Bring Along
