We are recruiting a AI/ML Engineer, Crisis & Resilience to focus on leading the team into the Agentic AI era. Specifically, you will drive efforts to improve efficiency and effectiveness through the introduction of AI Agents. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for automation and the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI), as well as participating in associated cross-company collaborations.

The goal is to empower Microsoft to meet our customer commitments by ensuring the resilience of our critical services, business processes, suppliers, and their dependencies. This AI/ML Engineer will have a successful track record identifying AI opportunities, implementing AI Agents, and working across a diverse set of stakeholders to educate and inspire others to design and build AI solutions.
