We are seeking an experienced AI Interaction Designer/AI Experience Architect to join our team. In this role you will be instrumental in designing and optimizing conversational AI experiences for our B2B AI platform. You will combine technical expertise in AI systems with strong user experience design test skills to create intuitive, effective AI interactions that drive business value.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and curate high-quality question-answer pairs to train our B2B AI systems on proprietary dataCreate comprehensive prompt libraries tailored to different personas, use cases, and business contextsDrive AI adoption across the organization through effective prompt engineering and user experience designAnalyze AI interaction patterns and optimize conversation flows based on user feedback and performance metricsCollaborate with data science, product, and business teams to align AI capabilities with business objectivesDocument best practices for AI interaction and establish standards for prompt engineeringConduct regular testing and quality assurance of AI responses and conversation flowsQualificationsRequired Qualifications
3+ years of experience in UX design, conversation design, or related field with focus on AI/ML systemsDemonstrated expertise with multiple conversational AI models (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama, Bard)Proficiency in SQL for database querying and data analysisExperience creating training datasets for machine learning modelsStrong understanding of prompt engineering techniques and best practicesExcellent written communication skills with ability to craft clear, concise, and contextually appropriate contentExperience designing for different user personas and business contextsPreferred Qualifications
Background in natural language processing (NLP) or computational linguisticsExperience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systemsKnowledge of semantic search and vector databasesFamiliarity with AI evaluation frameworks and metricsExperience in B2B software environmentsPortfolio demonstrating successful AI interaction design projectsSkills & Attributes
