As AI continues to reshape the customer experience landscape, Zycus is seeking a hands-on AI Analyst who is Innovative and can drive experimentation and implementation of AI/Gen-AI/Agentic tools across our post-sales operations. This role is part strategist, part builder—perfect for someone who loves translating broken workflows into scalable, AI-driven solutions. Working directly with our North American CCO, you'll play a key role in accelerating AI adoption across implementation, support, customer success, and expansion teams.

Key Responsibilities: Process Discovery & Opportunity Mapping
Maintain a 90-day rolling backlog of AI ideas, based on monthly scans of friction points across support, implementation, and customer success functions. Rapid Prototyping & Experimentation
Build quick POCs (e.g., support triage bot, churn risk analyzer) using low-code tools, Python, or notebooks — at least one prototype per quarter. Pilot Deployment & Iteration
Launch and monitor pilots with internal teams, gather usage data, and iterate based on user feedback and ROI assumptions. Learning & Internal Evangelism
Stay updated on emerging AI tools and techniques. Lead monthly internal demos, blog posts, or training sessions for post-sales teams. Documentation & Knowledge Transfer
Create light technical documentation, prompt libraries, and KPIs so pilots can be hardened by Engineering or IT teams. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with Global Delivery and US stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and successful adoption of AI solutions.
