Our dedicated 20,000 employees optimize the branch, improve operational efficiency and maximize self-service availability for financial institutions and retailers across the globe. **Key Responsibilities** + Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions using **Generative AI** and **Agentic AI** principles. + Build intelligent agents and copilots using **Microsoft Copilot stack** , **Azure AI Services** , and **Power Platform** . + Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions. + Integrate AI models into enterprise systems using APIs, microservices, and automation pipelines. + Optimize model performance and ensure scalability in production environments. + Implement **CI/CD pipelines** for AI workloads using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc. + Automate cloud workloads and manage deployment cycles across environments. + Stay current with the latest AI/ML research and apply cutting-edge techniques to projects. + Document models, workflows, and experiments for reproducibility and team knowledge sharing. **Required Skills & Qualifications** + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field. + 2–3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development, including deep learning and NLP. + Strong experience with **Azure AI Services** , **Azure Machine Learning** , **Power Platform** , and **Microsoft Copilot stack** . + Proficiency in Python and libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc. + Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/OCI a plus). + Familiarity with MLOps practices, containerization (Docker), and API frameworks (Flask, FastAPI). + Experience using **GitHub Copilot** or similar AI-assisted development tools. + Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in agile teams. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills. **Preferred Qualifications** + Exposure to **model monitoring** , performance tuning, and observability in production. + Experience with **prompt engineering** , **LLM fine-tuning** , or **custom GPT deployments** . + Familiarity with **agent frameworks** (e.g., Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, LangChain, etc.).
