Kforce has a client that is seeking an AI Engineer in Redmond, WA. Summary: We're looking for an AI Engineer to lead the development of intelligent automation solutions that streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and support product management across a large engineering portfolio. This role will design and implement a suite of AI-powered agentic services-including reporting automation, codename mapping, team concierge agents, telemetry insights, and onboarding support. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across domains, building reusable agentic patterns, and collaborating with PMs, engineers, and data stakeholders to deliver scalable, intelligent systems. Job Responsibilities: * AI Engineer will build intelligent automation workflows that extract, transform, and standardize data from Azure DevOps, Excel, and internal systems * Integrate LLM-based components (e.g., Azure OpenAI) to generate summaries, insights, and narratives * Develop reusable agentic services for codename mapping, team concierge support, telemetry insights, and onboarding * Collaborate with PMs and stakeholders to define scalable templates and standards * Maintain prompt logic and ensure agent reliability, traceability, and performance * As an AI Engineer, you will conduct testing, validation, and continuous optimization of automation systems * Customize and implement system software to meet evolving requirements * Perform QA, unit testing, and post-deployment validation
