Lenovo is seeking a talented AI Engineer to join our innovative team and drive advancements in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) domain for our B2B clients. **Your Key Responsibilities will include:** + Design and implement AI solutions for B2B clients in the PLM domain. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI features. + Develop AI algorithms and models to enhance PLM processes like BOM management and product change management. + Integrate AI capabilities into existing PLM systems to improve efficiency and optimize product quality. + Provide technical guidance and leadership to junior team members, fostering continuous learning and innovation. **What We are looking for:** + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. + Minimum of 2 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or related fields, with a focus on B2B solutions. + Experience in PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) domain is a strong advantage. + Proven track record of developing AI solutions for enterprise clients. **Work Language:** English **What You Bring:** + Strong technical expertise in AI, machine learning, and related technologies. + Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. + Experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras). + Familiar with Transformer architecture, and pre-trained models based on the Transformer architecture such as GTP, BERT, etc., and be able to conduct fine-tuning, inference, and other operations. + Ability to work with big data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and databases (SQL, NoSQL). + Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset. + Strong communication skills, able to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders. + Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus. + Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. **What We can offer You:** + 3 sick days per year + Additional vacation days + 100% sick leave compensation up to 2 months per year + A broad selection of soft / hard skills trainings and individual mentoring + Employer contribution to the Third Pillar Pension System + Life & life events insurance, fully covered by company  Base gross monthly salary starts from 2100 EUR.
