We are seeking an experienced AI Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions for defect detection in automotive manufacturing. The role involves leveraging AI technologies to inspect and identify defects in cars using image-based analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
AI Model Development:
• Design, develop, and optimize deep learning models for defect detection using image data.
• Implement segmentation techniques to localize small defect areas in addition to classification and detection.
Data Preparation and Augmentation:
• Utilize online augmentation techniques to enhance limited datasets.
• Work with simulated data to demonstrate proof-of-concept for industrial defect detection.
Edge AI Deployment:
• Deploy AI models on edge devices using Intel Architecture, ensuring compatibility with existing hardware.
• Optimize inference performance using tools.
Performance Optimization:
• Achieve real-time processing with low latency
• Ensure high accuracy in defect detection of 1mm size
Collaboration and Testing:
• Collaborate with domain experts to fine-tune model thresholds for minimizing overkill and underkill.
• Test AI solutions on SEM/Optical inspection images to validate performance.
Work Experience
• Proficiency in Python and experience with AI Models like Yolo.
• Strong knowledge of deep learning architectures.
• Experience with Edge AI deployment.
• Familiarity with industrial defect datasets and augmentation techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to optimize AI models for real-time applications.
