**AI Dev (Software Engineer) – Nucleus Implementation (with Pega Expertise)** **Location:** Zürich, Switzerland (Hybrid) **Role Overview:** We are seeking a skilled and motivated AI Developer to join our team, focusing on the implementation and integration of AI-driven solutions within the Nucleus platform. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in designing and deploying scalable AI components, with a strong understanding of enterprise-grade architecture and data pipelines. In addition, the role requires solid working knowledge of the Pega platform—particularly in process automation and case management—but not specifically in Pega AI. **Key Responsibilities:** + Design, develop, and implement AI modules within the Nucleus framework to support business-critical workflows. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems and services. + Translate business requirements into technical solutions using modern AI/ML tools and frameworks. + Leverage Pega expertise to support rule-based automation, case lifecycle management, and workflow orchestration. + Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards. + Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure high-quality deliverables. **Required Qualifications:** + Proven experience in AI/ML development, preferably in enterprise environments. + Hands-on experience with Nucleus or similar AI orchestration platforms. + Strong understanding of Python, REST APIs, and data engineering concepts. + Solid experience with Pega platform (excluding Pega AI), especially in case design, process flows, and decision rules. + Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines. + Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in teams. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience in financial services or regulated industries. + Exposure to tracking and investigations systems or similar domains. + Knowledge of data privacy and compliance considerations in AI development.
