As an AI Delivery Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of generative AI solutions, from proof-of-concept to production deployment. You will coordinate across engineering teams, compliance and risk stakeholders, and external vendors to pioneer responsible AI delivery methodologies. These methodologies will balance fast innovation cycles with enterprise risk frameworks, creating scalable, repeatable, and auditable practices in a rapidly evolving landscape. Your role will also involve managing complex AI platform integrations, vendor relationships, and cloud platform onboarding, while leveraging AI-augmented tools to streamline project coordination, planning, and stakeholder communication. • Experience in senior-level delivery management with expertise in Agile, Scrum, or similar methodologies, and a passion for innovative approaches in fast-changing environments. • Experience with AI technologies, including hands-on work with large language models (LLMs) through exploration or professional engagement. • Understanding of AI lifecycles and delivery complexities. • Experience in stakeholder management, coordinating across technical teams, compliance, vendors, and business partners. • Knowledge of AI technologies and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI API) to support informed decisions. • Learning agility to quickly adopt new AI technologies, adapt methodologies, and share best practices. • Experience with modern delivery practices like release management, testing, and deployment. • Passion for responsible innovation, balancing agility with risk management for auditable practices.
