Mission and responsibilities:
The main tasks of this role will be the following:
Define and manage the full lifecycle of AI-based products, from ideation to deployment and iteration.Design and oversee data architectures and flows that enable the integration of intelligent agents into business processes.Develop logical and physical data models, ensuring quality, governance, and security standards.Coordinate the implementation of APIs, ETLs, and orchestration tools for seamless data integration.Ensure compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and internal audit requirements through documentation and traceability.Build and maintain product roadmaps, aligning features and projects with business strategy.Work cross-functionally with Data Science, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and other teams to ensure delivery and adoption.Monitor AI/agentic technology trends and define KPIs to evaluate performance and improvements.Promote user-centric adoption by embedding AI solutions into workflows and iterating based on feedback.To be successful in the role you must have:
Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related fieldProven experience in data architecture, modeling, and information flow design.Solid background in system integration projects, ideally with Big Data or AI components.Strong technical knowledge in relational and non-relational databases, ETL/ELT tools, APIs, microservices, and modern data governance.Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver under tight deadlines.Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business stakeholders.A results-oriented and adaptable approach, with a focus on customer-centric innovation.What do we offer?
