And to do it saving you time and money, while still getting you to the best quality product. **Overview** We’re looking for a visionary AI Creative Visual Storyteller to join our production team, someone who sits at the intersection of concept, craft, and cutting-edge technology. This is not a technical support role. It’s a creative-first position for a conceptual thinker with exceptional visual sensibilities and advanced prompt-crafting skills who can shape stories through AI-generated visuals that rival traditional production. You will collaborate with creative directors, art directors, and producers to translate scripts and treatments into cinematic visual narratives using AI tools. From moodboards and storyboards to motion frames, you’ll act as both an artist and a technician. A new breed of creative who understands storytelling, style, and the tools shaping the future of production. **Responsibilities** + Translate briefs, scripts, and creative treatments into visually rich AI-generated images and sequences. + Develop master-level prompts across tools like ChatMidjourney, DALL·E, Runway, Veo, Kling, and others. + Collaborate with creative teams to explore visual directions, styleframes, and storyboards. + Maintain brand, product and campaign integrity through visual consistency and storytelling structure. + Create narrative visual arcs using AI-generated assets that function as pre-vis or final content. + Stay ahead of AI visual trends, new tools, and techniques continuously evolving your toolkit. + Package visual assets with annotations or context to clearly communicate the creative vision and technical background for visual generated tracing. + Guide others across the agency in understanding the capabilities and creative potential of generative AI. **You are** + A visually fluent storyteller you can interpret narrative and emotion through imagecomposition, color, style, and sequence. + A creative with a technologist’s mindset not afraid of tools, and excited to push them. + Experienced in art direction, visual development, or design for advertising or motioncontent and editing (photoshop, Premiere Pro, Resolve and After Effects). + Able to take a campaign concept and translate it into powerful visuals that feel likecinema, not stock. + Extremely detail-oriented you know how to control the chaos of AI outputs and direct itwith precision. + Curious, experimental, and deeply collaborative. **Qualifications** + 4+ years experience in a creative role within advertising, production, or visual storytelling. + Demonstrated experience generating AI visuals (portfolio required). + Proficiency in tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, or similar generative platforms. + Strong understanding of cinematic language, mood, framing, and visual pacing. + Ability to work with creative directors, copywriters, and editors in a collaborative workflow. + Bonus: Motion experience or understanding of how visuals move across time (storyboarding, animatics, or film background). **Additional information** **Why This Role Matters:** This isn’t about replacing creativity.
