What will you be doing?
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Configuration Engineer to own the development, deployment, and scaling of the configuration platform for Emiri, our Liquid AI-driven natural language tool. This platform is central to managing the full range of Emiri capabilities – Skills, Emiri Everywhere, Brainwaves and beyond.
As a Configuration Engineer, you’ll work closely with product, engineering, and client support teams to own the plan to configure, deploy, and scale Emiri across all Circana industries, markets, and datasets globally. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the platform is aligned with both technical requirements and user needs. You'll also play a key role in guiding users – internally and externally – through setup, testing, and best practices.
Job Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and evolve the Emiri configuration platform to support a growing range industries, markets, and datasets Own configuration and deployment of Emiri across Circana industries, markets, and datasets globally Continuous improvement of the platform to ensure it is intuitive and usable by commercial teams Understand and support Emiri’s configuration dependencies, including prompt templates and setup requirements Design UI mockups or flow diagrams and translate feedback into actionable stories or bug reports for the development team Document and maintain guidance around prompt engineering processes, configuration tips, and “how-to” documentation for internal use Serve as a key resource for internal teams during Emiri onboarding, supporting their understanding of configuration needs and guiding them in effective prompt design Support client teams throughout the deployment process Ensure the configuration utility evolves based on evolving Emiri capabilities Provide feedback to product and development teams based on usage patterns and user inputRequirements
Experience in configuration management, technical product operations, or client solutions roles Familiarity with Unify and Unify Report building processes Demonstrated ability of project managing global technology deployments Strong project management, process improvement, organizational, and documentation skills with a focus on usability and clarity Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Comfort supporting internal users as well as client-facing interactions Experience with generative AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, Claude) Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or equivalent systems for task tracking and documentation Working knowledge of JSON and strong attention to structure and formatting (preferred) Exposure to low-code/no-code platforms or custom internal tooling (preferred) Experience working with UX/UI teams or providing user-centered feedback on tools (preferred) 5+ years of experience in data analytics and reportingCircana Behaviors

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $85,000 to $110,000.
This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
