Your role as an AI Business Analyst will be crucial in crafting and implementing AI strategies that effectively improve HR capabilities. What Will You Do? + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure the successful implementation of AI solutions. + Collaborate with Human Resources groups to proactively identify and address business concerns with AI and automation solutions. + Manage roadmap and backlog for AI tools, prioritizing tasks and determining improvements based on utilization metrics and feedback. + Conduct research and stay current with technological advancements, finding opportunities for innovation and improvement. + Provide mentorship and on-demand training material, encouraging tool adoption and utilization. + Build AI Agents to improve HR efficiency, including chatbots and automations. How Will You Get There? + Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, systems analysis, or a related field, or equivalent experience. **Experience** + 5+ years of experience in project and product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. + Basic knowledge of AI.
