Role PurposeExperienced AI & Automation associated manager with a strong background in software development and team leadership. Skilled at managing cross-functional teams, driving project delivery, and implementing scalable full stack solutions. The AI & Automation Associate Manager is responsible for leading a team of AI professionals in designing, developing, delivering and supporting innovative Software solutionsCollaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and scope.Drive Agile/Scrum processes and ensure timely delivery of software releases.Lead the development and maintaining end-to-end web applicationsParticipating in architectural decisions and system improvements.Conducting code reviews and implemented best practices for code quality to improve end to end Software development life cycleIntegrating third-party APIs and microservices to enhance application capabilities.Manage resource allocation and team capacity planning.Implement and enforce best practices in coding, testing, and deploymentRole Profile Build SW solutions as well as mentoring and managing software engineers.Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.Define and execute software development strategies aligned with business goalsOversee the development of scalable AI& Automation solutions tailored to the requirements.Collaborate with business SPOCs’ and customers to understand their business challenges and translate them into applications.Monitor solution performance, ensuring objectives are met or exceeded.Competencies and Qualifications Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proven ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced and innovative environment.Strong understanding of business challenges and how AI & Automation can address themSkilled in managing complex projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.Expertise in building and maintaining strong relationships with internal customers.Ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions that drive business outcomes
Must have technical/ professional qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, engineering or a related field.MSc is a plus but not mandatory.Minimum 6-10 years of experience in software engineering with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Hands-on experience with Full stack framworks: React, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Node.js, Python, .NET, Databases hands on experience: MySQL, PostgreSQLStrong presentation and communication skills to engage technical and non-technical audiencesNot a perfect fit?Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
