Clarifying Goals and Tracking Progress You will help team members stay aligned with their objectives and the broader mission. Oversight of External Collaboration As the project engages with clients and external stakeholders, you will keep a strategic eye on how our work is being coordinated outside the core team. This includes light touch oversight of any delivery activities and ensuring nothing compromises our standard of excellence. Co creating the Role and Operating Model This is not a predefined role. You will help shape how this function evolves, drawing from observation, experimentation, and close collaboration with technical and strategic leaders. **Who You Are** We are looking for someone early in their career, but with the mindset, potential, and presence of a future leader.
