About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an AI Applications Engineering Senior Manager to lead the development of cutting-edge generative AI applications for internal use. This role is ideal for a technically strong leader passionate about building AI-driven solutions that enhance Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) productivity. The manager will oversee a high-performing agile team within Commercial and Corporate and Investment Banking Technology (CCIBT), focusing on large language model (LLM) services, agentic workflows, and AI Innovation. Key responsibilities include guiding architecture and design, ensuring secure and scalable solutions, and collaborating with product teams to align technology with business goals. The ideal candidate brings experience in generative AI, DevOps, and agile leadership, with a strong emphasis on user-centric design.
